Investment Sales Broker Names Colin Moynihan Regional Manager
FRAMINGHAM, MA, September 28, 2012 – Investment sales broker Northeast Private Client Group has expanded its operations with the opening of an office in Framingham, Mass., to serve building owners and real estate investors in the greater Boston MetroWest market.
Our new Framingham office will provide our clients with an ideal blend of local market expertise, well-established relationships and transactional know-how which will help us build a strong presence and generate growth in this important region,” says Edward Jordan, JD, CCIM, the firm’s managing director. “We are well positioned to help our clients benefit from the new market cycle, and to connect sellers with qualified buyers for multifamily and commercial properties.”
This opening of the Framingham office complements the firm’s existing locations in White Plains, Bridgeport and Hartford. Some of the current investment properties listed through the Framingham office are a 94-unit apartment complex in Chicopee, a 71-unit portfolio in Clinton and a multifamily development site in Worcester.
“It’s good to see the investment sales market firming up,” notes Jordan. “Growing rents give investors the confidence to move forward on acquisitions, and we have more than two dozen deals under contract in the region. We can now allocate the necessary resources and expertise to build out our footprint in the Massachusetts market.”
The Framingham office is located at 945 Concord Street, near Route 9 and Route 30, just off Exit 13 of the Massachusetts Turnpike.
