This transit oriented development is 22.91 acres and is comprised of three parcels, 3 Ella Grasso Tpk, 5 Ella Grasso Tpk and 11 Ella Grasso Tpk, sized at 16.93 acres, 5.21 acres and 0.77 acres, respectively. This proposal only includes 270 approved residential units, these permits are part of a larger master plan.
In addition to the 270 residential units, the Master Plans include the right to construct 140 hospitality units and about 35,000 sf of retail space and 813 parking spaces between six buildings and two pad sites. These preliminary architectural plans have been approved by the town, yet the plan does leave an investor room to modify the site plan during the site plan review.
This site is located directly off of the intersection of Route 20 and Route 75, 1.5 miles away from the east terminal of Bradley International Airport. This major exchange has immediate access to I-91.
